4. Insurance & “Like-New” Statements
Any references to roofs being considered “like new” are based on performance characteristics and third-party certifications, not a guarantee of how any individual insurance provider will classify or underwrite a roof.
Insurance decisions are made solely by the insurance provider.
5. Customer Responsibilities
The customer agrees to:
- Provide accurate information regarding roof age, condition, and history
- Disclose any known leaks, prior claims, or structural issues
- Ensure safe and reasonable access to the roof and property
- Remove or secure personal items that may be affected during service
Failure to disclose relevant information may impact service eligibility and results.
6. Payment Terms
All pricing will be provided prior to service.
By approving service, the customer agrees to:
- Pay all agreed-upon fees
- Follow any payment schedule outlined in the service agreement
- Pay any applicable taxes or fees
Failure to make payment may result in service delays or legal collection efforts.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoofMage by Advosy shall not be liable for:
- Pre-existing roof damage
- Undisclosed structural issues
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Losses related to insurance decisions
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may request to reschedule appointments with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to:
- Reschedule services due to weather or safety concerns
- Cancel services if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable
